Zelma Marie Hansen, 70, of DeLand, IL, died Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL.Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation two hours prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hammond Cemetery, Hammond, IL. Memorials may be made to DeLand Christian Church.Marie was born April 12, 1939, in LaPlace, IL, the daughter of Orville and Margurite (Howard) Hale. She married Richard Fisher and he preceded her in death. She later married Philip Hansen on April 14, 2007 in Oreana, IL. He survives.Marie was a member of DeLand Christian Church, where her husband serves as minister. She was a caregiver for C.H.E.L.P. for many years. Music was her life. She sang with the Living Water Gospel Trio for 10 years and coordinated the Argenta Grand Ole Gospel Sing.She is survived by her husband Philip of DeLand, IL; daughters Rebecca Hirsch of Decatur, IL, Brenda (Donnie) Gaultney of Argenta, IL, Roxanne Queen of Maysville, MO; grandchildren Megan Cornell, Brandy and Jessica Gaultney, Michael, Jacob and Cahill; brothers Bob (Judy) Hale of Mattoon, IL, Bill (Mercedes) Hale of Brownsville, TX; sisters Janet (Bill) Sullivan of Rockford, IL, Cindy (companion Georgina) Hale of Decatur, IL; and the childrens father, Roger Hirsch.She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Richard, and brother John Hale.
