Zachary Ryan Melvin, age 12, died 8:25 P.M., Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 4, 2008, at Greenwood Cemetery, Decatur, IL.Zachary was born November 20, 1995, in Carbondale, IL, the son of Timothy W. Melvin and Tammy (Johnston) Reynolds.
