Vicky J. Langley, 63, of Decatur, IL, passed away at 12:54 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 20, at Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes, Decatur, are assisting the family with the arrangements.Vicky was born September 25, 1953, in Decatur, the daughter of William and Reva (Gass) Godfrey. She married Tim Langley. He preceded her in death.Vicky was a Gold Star mother. She worked at Aratex Services for many years and then worked at Langley Upholstery.Surviving are her granddaughter: Lexie Gifford of Decatur and her parents Vickey and Brain Shain; sister: Katherine Smith and husband Harland of Decatur; brothers: Roy Godfrey and wife Laura, and Bill Godfrey and wife Jenny, all of Decatur: father-in-law and mother-in-law: Bill and Norma Langley; sister-in-law: Lori Cox and husband Dave of Decatur; brother-in-law: Tony Langley and wife Carrie of Florida; many nieces and nephews.Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, husband Tim, daughter Jennifer, and son Jonathon Gifford.
