Toma Anthony Chaney, 52, of Oreana, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
He was born December 6, 1973, in Decatur, IL, to Randy and Judi (Philips) Chaney.
He is survived by his parents, Randy and Judi Chaney of Rotunda West, FL; his daughter, Tayler Chaney of Forsyth, IL; his brother, Tim (Christine) Davis of Leroy, IL; and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his son, Trey Chaney.
Toma was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan and a devoted Marvel enthusiast, with Spiderman as his favorite character.
Cremation rites will be arranged, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home in Decatur is assisting the family with arrangements.
