Thelma Hacker

Thelma G. Hacker, 92, of Decatur, died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Heritage Manor, Mt. Zion, IL. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Macon County Animal Shelter. Thelma was born September 23, 1921, the daughter of Campbell and Lota (Fouts) Durbin. Thelma leaves daughters, Linda ( Larry.) Mabry of Vandalia, IL and Sonie ( Ron) Pflum of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Tanna (Joe) Pruett, Jody ( Larry) Goldsboro, Mark Mabry, Terri Jo (John) Bradford, Amy (John) Miles, Missy (David) Miles, and Heather (Brian) Capobianco, 12 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; and Thelma's beloved cat, Sparky. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, brother, and son, Terry. A special thank you to Heritage Manor and all their special people for all the loving care of mom. The family would also like to give a special thank you to Lois Pflum (mom's angel on earth) for all her love and kindness to mom in her final time. "
