Terry Coughlin

Terry J. Coughlin, 63, of Oakley, IL passed away on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013 at 10:00am at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Mt. Zion, IL. Visitation will be on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013 from 5-8:00pm at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Assumption, IL. Memorials to Future Farmers of America or Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Mt. Zion, IL. Terry was born on Oct. 10, 1950 in Pana, IL to John Thomas Coughlin and Lucille Theresa (Rever) Coughlin. He married Terri L. Dagley on Aug. 13, 1994; she survives. Also surviving are three sisters; Barb Coughlin of Assumption, IL, Patty (Richard) Carter of Bella Vista, AR, Cathy (Rich) Koontz of Pana, IL; brother-in-law Joe Callan of Assumption, IL; father and mother-in-law Don and Joan Dagley of Decatur, IL; brother and sister-in-law Dave and Terri Dagley of Decatur, IL; sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Steve Hubner of Henton, IL; along with several nieces and nephews. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Linda Callan. Terry was an IL licensed plumber/pipefitter, a volunteer at the Cancer Care Center, loved gardening, and was a die-hard Cubs fan. Terry was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, U.A.W. Local #751, and Moose Lodge #684. "
