Funeral services will be at Noon, Friday, April 17, 2009, at Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL at a later date.Memorials may be made to Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois or to DMH Hospice.Terri was born on January 10, 1958, in Ventura, CA, the daughter of Lawrence Mull and Lynnette (Smooth) Ivy.Terri worked at Hardees Restaurant for 10 years, and ICS for 3 years. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge. Terri is survived by her special companion Roosevelt Mukes of Decatur; mother Lynnette Ivy of Decatur; children Shannon McColley and companion Greg Borsay, Sam Maltby, Laura Perry and companion George Hoyt, and Corey Maltby, all of Decatur; grandchildren Andrea Seger, Dillon McColley, Kyah Perry, Cayden Perry, and Ayiana Maltby; sister Debbie Smith and husband Larry of Decatur; sister-in-law Nancy Mason and special friend Gloria Johnson of Decatur. Terri was preceded in death by her father, and ex-husband and friend Sam. "
