Celebration of Tamys life will be held from 3 to 5 P.M., Sunday, December 7, at 723 W. Center, Decatur, IL. Friends and Family are welcome. Martin Luther King Jr Drive, Decatur, IL 62526.Tamy was born June 7, 1959, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Raymond and Myrna (Coins) Stahl. She married Kenneth Winholtz, Sr. on February 14, 1985.Tamy graduated from High School in 1977 and attended Richland Community College for 2 years, graduating with honors. She was an avid animal lover.She is survived by her sons Rusty Hodges and wife Danielle, Kenneth Winholtz and David Winholtz; mother and father Myrna and William Coins; grandmother Josephine Vollmer; grandchildren Skylar, Dylan and Jazmine; sisters Stephane Haglar and Chris Gallucci; brother Charles Coins; mother-in-law Phyllis Winholtz; best friend Bob Blair; friend Christine Hobson, who was more like a sister to Tamy.She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Winholtz, Sr., father Raymond Stahl and wife Lula and friend Laura Butcher.The family would like to give special thanks to Bob Blair and Christine Hobson for all the love and care of our loved one.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com.
