Susan Diane “Sue” Smith, 65, of Decatur, IL, passed away Monday, October 22, 2018, in her home. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Central Christian Church. Susan was born in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Francis E. and Dorothy B. Smith. Susan was a member of Central Christian Church. She was a registered nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital and Lincoln Manor. Susan enjoyed embroidery and reading. Surviving are her cousins Tom DeZarn of Michigan, Kandi Smith Murphy of Illinois, Gary Baker, Parrish Baker, Sabra New, and Crystal Baker Lyons, all of Kentucky, and uncles Don Baker, Bill Baker, and Ken Baker, all of Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and several aunts and uncles. "
