Susan Kay Park, 69, of Decatur, IL, passed away Monday, September 26, 2016, at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL.Memorial services will be 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time. Inurnment will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.Susan was born December 10, 1946 in Decatur, IL, (the middle daughter of 15 children) to James and Mary (Kendall) Patterson. She married Terry Park on July 17, 1966 in Decatur, IL.Susan worked for Decatur Ambulance Company as a clerk and was a member of VFW Post #99 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed making crafts and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Terry of Decatur; children Kimberly (Mike) Stogner, David (Melissa) Park, all of Decatur; grandchildren Justin, Kayla, Colby, Callie, and Cameron Park, Alexis and Emilie Stogner; great grandchildren Alawna and Zayne; and 9 brothers and sisters.She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and sisters.
