Sheila Kay Phillips

Sheila Kay Phillips, 57, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be arranged, and no services are scheduled at this time. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Sheila was born November 3, 1968, in Ripley, Tennessee, to Jimmy Coleman and Ruthie Mae Driver. She worked for several years as a CNA.
Sheila loved laughing and joking, and she was known for her playful spirit and wonderful personality. Her grandchildren were the pride of her life, and she loved spending time with them. She also loved stuffed animals.
She is survived by her daughter, Santonia Phillips of Decatur, IL; three sons, Cornlius Phillips of Memphis, TN, Tommie (Chiann) Lofton III of Decatur, IL, and Detonio Lofton of Decatur, IL; seven brothers, Jessie Driver, Kelvin Currie, and Steve Phillips, all of Ripley, TN, Charles Driver of Brownsville, TN, and Samuel Currie, Chris Currie, and Clay Driver, all of Decatur, IL; one sister, Roslyn Driver of Ripley, TN; 20 grandchildren; her best friend, Chuck; her former partner and friend, Tommie Lofton Jr. of Decatur, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Johnny Phillips; her aunt, Betty Driver; and her cousin, Theresa Macklin.
