Sharon Van Natta

A memorial service will be held at Brintlingers on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 10 AM with visitation immediately afterward. Please make memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society. Sharon Lee Van Natta was born in Decatur, IL on October 22, 1938 to Ken and Eula Chamberlain and they preceded her in death. Sharon and Tony Van Natta were married for 34 years and had three children, Mike, Lori, and Elizabeth. Mike and Jacque Boyd Van Natta gave her two granddaughters, Taylor and Claire Van Natta. Valerie, Whitney and Haley Wallace were her adopted daughter and granddaughters. Lori and Ed Grosse gave Sharon her only grandson, Brian, who married Jennifer Stafford in June of this year, and danced with his grandma at the reception. Granddaughters Melissa and Bethany Grosse complete this Texas family. Elizabeth and Craig Corley gave Sharon two more granddaughters, Jessica and Lindsey, of Morton IL. Her brother, Roger, resides in California. Her cousin, Kay Corley and her children, Jeff, Jill and Julie, were also important people in her life. The family would like to thank all who helped Sharon through her tough journey the last few years, especially those who cared for her during her illness. "
