Sandra Walters

Sandra Lynne Walters, 74, of Homer, IL, passed away at 12:15 a.m. Monday, April 15, 2013, at Heartland Health Care, Champaign, IL. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Macon County Memorial Park Cemetery, Harristown, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes, Decatur, IL, are assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the charity of donor's choice. Sandra was born June 2, 1938, in Gridley, KS, the daughter of Kirtus and Hazel (Knealy) Williamson. She married Floyd N. Walters on October 31, 1961, in Phoenix, AZ. He preceded her in death in May 2001. Sandra previously worked as a clerk for the DMV, retiring after many years of service. Surviving are her daughter Susan (Thaddeus) Rafacz of Lisle, IL; sons Terrence Walters of Springfield, IL and Tracey (Donna) Walters of Homer, IL; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and brother Steven (Linda) Williamson of TX. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister. "
