Private services will be held 4:00 P.M., Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Kevins house in Decatur, IL.Memorials may be made to the Ritchey family, in care of Kevin Heath, Sr.Sandra was born July 24, 1947 in Richmond, VA, the daughter of Raymond Linwood and Sarah Elizabeth (Morris) Dunkum. She married Edward Ritchey and her preceded her in death on June 7, 2003.Sandra was a foster parent for many years. She loved her children and her dogs.She is survived by her sons Kevin Heath, Sr and Robert Heath, both of Decatur, IL; daughter, Autumn Rouleau-Ritchey, grandchildren Sara Heath, Alicia Heath, Kevin Health, Jr.; great grandson Gage Heath; sisters Debbie Capasso of Monticello, NY and Doris Webber of Center Cross, VA.She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Edward.
