Sally Ann Cobren, 74, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur. Private family services were held.

Sally was born October 5, 1950 in Norfolk, NE, the daughter of the late Henry and Mildred (Reynolds) Maggert. She married Ron Cobren on September 9, 1974 in Clay, SD and he preceded her in death on January 30, 2009. Sally worked as the paint department manager at Menards for many years.

Surviving are her 2 sons, Timothy (wife Christina) Cobren of Mt. Zion, IL and Neal Cobren of Decatur; a daughter Amber Cobren of Decatur; her significant other Dennis Kleppe of Decatur; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and one more on the way; and her brother Ivan (wife Rita) Maggert of Lincoln, NE.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her 2 stepsons, Ron Cobren, Jr. and Rod Cobren.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
