Ruthann Ekiss

Ruthann Ekiss 70, born in Taylorville, IL on October 9th,1948 to Russell Boatright and Virginia Griffith, of Decatur passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 17th 2019 at 11:34 pm. She was a loving mother, dear friend and was the owner and operator of SkinSations Day Spa for almost thirty years. Surviving are her three children, Gena (Gentry) Bailey (Rodger) of Charleston, IL, Teri (Gentry) James of Maroa, IL, and Michael Gentry Jr. (Kelly) of Decatur, IL; sister, Vicki Baker of Maryville, TN; stepbrother, Jim Mudd (Barb) of TX. and a host of nieces and nephews. She has 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, aunt and special uncle Walter. She will always be loved, remembered and truly missed.
