Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 19, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M. Thursday, March 18, at the funeral home. Burial will be in North Fork Cemetery. Memorials may be made to D.M.H. Hospice or Imboden Creek Living Center.Mrs. Flanders was born June 22, 1917, in Findlay, the daughter of Ivan J. and McCleta (Bare) Perry, Sr. She married Clete T. (Tiny) Flanders. He preceded her in death in 1976. Mrs. Flanders was an avid traveler. She enjoyed quilting and playing cards, and she loved her family. She was a member of Trueblood United Methodist Church.She is survived by her daughter Kathy (Freeman-Moore) Vighi of Decatur; grandson Aaron (Leanne) Freeman of Wales, U.K.; grandson Matthew (Belle) Freeman of Nokomis; grandson Zachary (Christina) Freeman of Elwood, IL; grandson Kyler Moore of Decatur; granddaughter Tammy Schlueter of Aurora, CO; Jeff Flanders of Decatur; Debbie Flanders of Decatur; great-grandchildren: Ashley Schlueter, Madelyn Schlueter, Cody Flanders, Taylor Flanders, Jackson Freeman, Nicole Flanders, Owen Freeman, and Braden Freeman; daughter-in-law Marcia Flanders of Decatur; brother Ivan (Mae) Perry, Jr. of Decatur.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Thomas Flanders, three brothers, and three sisters.Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is handling the arrangements. "
