Ruth Helen Corman, 64, of Long Creek, IL, died February 23, 2014. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2014, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, June 13, at the funeral home. Burial will be in North Fork Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Corman Park in Long Creek for Playground Equipment. Ruth was born December 15, 1949 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Louis and Helen (Long) Corman. She was a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, involved in the operation of the family farm and loved to travel. She is survived by her brother David Corman and wife Charlotte of Mt. Zion, IL; nephew Eric Corman and wife Alicia of Long Creek, IL; nieces Laura Cullison and husband John of Mt. Zion, Carol Shipley and husband Joshua of Wentzville, MO; 5 great nephews and 2 great nieces. "
