Ruby Klingler

Ruby C. Klingler, 86, of Decatur, IL, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at Carle Hospital in Champaign, with her family by her side. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 9, at Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is handling the arrangements. Ruby was born June 12, 1928, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Grover and Dora White. She previously worked at the Rogers Theater. Ruby was a homemaker, and enjoyed family vacations and trips to the casino. She also enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs. Ruby married Donald Klingler on October 22, 1948. She leaves behind her husband Donald, daughter Cathy, and son Steve, all of Decatur, IL, and several nieces and nephews. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Mattie, Jennie and Dorothy, and brothers Otis, Clyde and Holten. "
