Rose Wurth of Decatur, died 10:00 AM January 5, 2013 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband, M. Dean Wurth of Decatur, IL and her three children Lesley Nicholson and husband Corky of Decatur, Michael Wurth and wife Amy of Burlington, VT, and Melissa Unruh and husband Bryce of Peoria, IL. There will be a private family memorial service at a later date.
