Ronald D. Lantz, 67, of Decatur, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2026.
Services will be held at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is assisting the family.
Ronald was born April 29 , 1959 in Morgantown, WV, the son of Patricia Woodford. He proudly served our country in the US Army. Ronald worked as a cook at various restaurants but most notably at Dixie Trucker’s Home in Tuscola. He enjoyed fishing and anything outdoors as well as working on engines.
Surviving are his sons: Zachary Lantz (Heather McDaniel) of Decatur, Michael Lantz of Brazil, IN; grandchildren: Zaydn, Rowen, Marvel, Hudson and Lucas Lantz; and sisters: Donna Bonham of Robinson and Debbie Bird of Tuscola.
