Roberta Willis (Vest), 74, of Decatur, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at her residence.Celebration of Life visitation will be from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Millikin University School of Music or Tri Delta Sorority.Roberta was born May 23, 1942 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Robert and Charlotte (Borgette) Hauser. She proved that it was never too late to find the love of her life when she married Cosby Earl Willis.Roberta was a music teacher at Mt. Zion Schools, and previously taught at Deland-Weldon and St. Teresa. She was the founder of Mt. Zion Swingsations and was a Millikin University Tri Delta Alum. Roberta loved playing cards and doing crossword puzzles.She is survived by her children Angela (Christopher) Hamilton of Springfield, MO, Joanna Vannarath of Rantoul, IL; grandchildren Jalutnee Vannarath, Zac Vannarath, Jacob Hamilton; great grandchildren Karell Vannarath-King, Jordan Vannarath-Smith; brothers James (Judy) Hauser of Glen Ellyn, IL, Ronald Hauser of Orlando, FL; half brother Robert (Nanci) Hauser of St. Charles, IL.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Cosby, and sister-in-law Kim Hauser. "
