Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 21, 2010, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Burial will be at a later date in Boiling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital or Donors Choice.Bob was born June 1, 1942, in Decatur, IL, the son of William F. and Lela (Gardner) Wilber. He married Connie M. Purcell on September 7, 1962 in Decatur, IL. Bob retired from Dunn Company in 2005. Bob enjoyed the outdoors and he was an avid fisherman and hunter. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Connie of Decatur, IL; children Cindy Thomas and husband Jack of Decatur, IL, Dale Wilber and wife Christine of Decatur, IL; grandchildren Amanda Peck, Heather Wilber and Bradley Wilber, all of Decatur, IL; sister Patricia Herring of Tallahassee, FL; brother Richard Wilber and wife Phyllis of Decatur, IL; mother Lela Wilber of Decatur, IL.He was preceded in death by his father and sister Mary K.
