Robert Trowbridge

Robert A. Trowbridge, 88, went to his heavenly home on Monday, January 30, in DMH.Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 4, 2017, at Moundford Free Methodist Church. Visitation will be at the church 5-7 P.M. Friday, February 3 and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moundford Free Methodist Church.Robert was born in Pasadena, CA on October 7, 1928 to Ray and Pearl Trowbridge. He married Delores Moore on June 13, 1948. They were members of Moundford Free Methodist Church.Bob, as most people called him, was a farmer, fertilizer distributor, insurance agent, retailer, and was owner of Trowbridge Farm Supply, Crop Chem/Super Green Turf. He loved to help those in need and to entertain.Bob is survived by his wife, Delores, 5 daughters Carol (Tom), Linda Burgess, Marcia Moore, Claudine Schecter, and Sharon Lane (Mike); 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Don and John Trowbridge.
