Memorial services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, May 22, 2010, at Cerro Gordo United Methodist. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Private family burial. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Friendship Hill.Robert was born March 22, 1929, in Decatur, IL, the son of Lester and Opal (Turner) Morr. He married Marilyn Elaine Peck on April 4, 1989 in Cerro Gordo and she preceded him in death July 16, 2009. Robert worked for Standard Oil Co.. He was a member of Cerro Gordo United Methodist Church, Cerro Gordo Masonic Lodge #600 AF &AM, and Order of the Eastern Star #173.Robert is survived by his three sons, Robert W. Morr and wife Laurie of Oakley and children Robert( Melissa), Trever, Kirsten, Rodney D. Morr and wife Janet of Decatur and children Nikkole, Jamie and Christopher, Brad A. Morr and friend, Tracey of Oakley, and children Tessa (Joe) Minders and Blaine; brother, LeRoy W. Morr and wife Dora of Xenia, Ohio, sister, Margie Grubbs and husband Bill of Decatur; sister-in-law, Lorene Morr of Lovington and seven great grandchildren.Robert was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn, two brothers Richard and Leonard and one sister Carolyn.
