Richard “Dick” Zinn, 76, of Decatur, IL, passed away 10:40 a.m., Friday, May 27, 2016, at Eagle Ridge Assisted Living, Decatur, IL.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Boiling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is handling the arrangements.Dick was born March 6, 1940 in Brownstown, IL, the son of Rev. Dewey Paul and Mildred Irene (Easton) Zinn. He worked in maintenance for Orlando Hotel Apts., Montgomery Wards, and Southern Hills.He is survived by his son Jeff (Nancy) Zinn of Hopedale, IL; grandchildren Blake (Angie) Zinn and Ryker Zinn and 3 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters Marvin P. (Kay) Zinn of Kingston, TN, Sandra (Larry) Constant of Decatur, Ronald (Mary) Zinn of Decatur, Dennis (Linda) Zinn of Decatur, Andrea (Joe) Williams of Oakley, Candace (Gene) Stinnett of St. Charles, MO; and former wife Wilma (Hebel) Zinn.He was preceded in death by his parents.
