Burial will be 12:00 P.M., Monday, January 17, 2011, at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, IL. Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church or Southeastern Guide Dogs, Inc., 4210 77th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221.Reba was born July 6, 1922, in Limestone, TN, the daughter of Hugh and Hattie (Kirk) Henley. She married Marion B. Foley on March 21, 1943, in Decatur, IL. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2006.Reba was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She graduated from Decatur High School and was an avid bridge player.She is survived by her children Michael Alan Foley and wife Sue of Archbald, PA, Candace Jean Brockman and husband William of Burlington, KY; grandchildren Aaron Foley and wife Heidi, Christopher Foley and wife Elsa, Tyler and Kelsey Brockman; brother James Edward Henley and wife Pat of Hot Springs, AR.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Marion.Reba will be missed by all her friends and family, especially her laughter, which was contagious. Her family would like to thank the doctors, DMH staff, and DMH Auxiliary for their loving care given to Reba, the people at Christian Village, her monthly bridge buddies, and her spiritual friends at Grace United Methodist Church, for their great love and support.
