Raymond Storck

Raymond C. Storck, 85, of Decatur, IL passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 14 at 10:00 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church (#1 Bachrach Court on the corner of Taylor and Mound Rd.) in Decatur, IL. Visitation will be at the church on Monday from 6-8:00 pm and one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL will be handling the arrangements. Raymond was born on December 4, 1927 in St. Paul, IL the son of Richard and Maria "Mary" (Ehlert) Storck. He married Irma J. Lotz on April 11, 1948 in St. Paul, IL. Raymond retired from Mueller Company after more than 30 years of service and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Raymond is survived by his wife of 65 years, Irma. Three children: Keith Storck (wife, Ellen) of Decatur, IL; Sheryl Hartman (husband, Jerry) of Kokomo, IN; and Suzanne Minton (husband, Jim) of Decatur, IL. Seven grandchildren: Jared Storck (wife, Ann) of Skokie, IL; Kara Hocker (husband, Doug) of Canton, GA; Jeremy Hartman and Samuel Hartman of Kokomo, IN; J.J. Minton (wife, Ashley) of Mt. Zion, IL; Kurtis Minton and Emily Minton of Decatur, IL. Three great-grandchildren: Audrey Storck of Skokie, IL; Noah Minton of Mt. Zion, IL; and soon-to-be born baby boy Hocker of Canton, GA. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, brother Emmert Storck, and sister, Irlean Meseke. "
