Phyllis Wilber

Phyllis E. Wilber, 65, of Decatur, died at 9:39 AM, Saturday, February 27, 2010 at St. Marys Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Family will gather with friends one hour prior to services. Burial will be at Macon County Memorial Park. Memorials have been suggested to Macon County Child Advocacy Center.Phyllis was born on December 14, 1944 in Decatur, the daughter of Paul F. and Bessie C. (Strohl) Prince. She married Richard H. Wilber, August 28, 1976, in Decatur.She worked as an administrative assistant at the Macon County Child Advocacy Center for 3 years. She loved watching birds, wildlife, and enjoyed watching her husband, Richard, shoot at the Gun Club.Phyllis is survived by her husband, Richard; four children, Martin L. Moore and wife, Dolores of Edgewood, NM, Cody L. Moore and wife, Jean of Decatur, Jeanne R. Anderson of Ramsey, IL, Rich L. Wilber and wife, Tracey of Decatur; eight grandchildren Bobby and Matthew Moore, Ashley, Brittany, Emma Moore, Lacey Anderson, Haylee and Torey Wilber; great grandson, Adam Thomas; two sisters Shirley McHaney and Marilyn Durbin both of Decatur and several nieces and nephews.Phyllis was preceded in death by both parents, and her father-in-law, William Francis Wilber.Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is handling the arrangements.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com "
