Phillip Meyerholz

Phillip David Noll Meyerholz, 30, of Decatur, died Monday, September 12, 2011, at Maple Ridge Care Center, Lincoln, Illinois. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 16, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown. Memorials may be made to the family of Phillip Meyerholz or donor's choice. Phillip was born June 25, 1981, in Decatur, the son of David Wayne and Angela Robin (Noll) Meyerholz. He worked at DORS as a personal assistant to his mother until her passing. Phillip loved watching wrestling, Dale Earnhardt, and professional baseball. He also enjoyed karaoke at 22nd Discount Liquors. He was a loving uncle to his niece and five nephews. Phillip is survived by his sister Heidi Meyerholz and significant other Kenneth Lourash of Decatur; sister Amanda Jordan and husband Phillip of Decatur; nephews Zackary, Phillip, Christopher, Mykall, and David and niece Alexandria; Grandmother, Betty Meyerholz and Aunt Barbara Meyerholz. He was preceded in death by his parents. "
