Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is assisting the family with the arrangements.Memorials may be made to Illinois Raptor Center.Penny was born on April 21, 1947, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Earl W. and Virginia (Martin) Eschbaugh. She married Max Stortzum on July 11, 1992, in Decatur.Penney was a homemaker. She loved animals and enjoyed taking care of and feeding raccoons for over 18 years.Surviving are her husband Max of Decatur; son Kenneth Wayne Tucker of Decatur; brother Ken (Tina) Eschbaugh of Decatur; nephew Mike Eschbaugh of Decatur; niece Lisa (Matthew) Madsen of Urbana; twin great-nieces Madison and Mackenzi of Urbana; cousins Carol (Mike) Shepard of Strausburg, PA, Carla Gallagher and Katherine Foster, both of San Diego, CA.Penny was preceded in death by her parents.
