Patricia (Blythe) Wickline, 93, of Decatur, passed away on December 11, 2025, at Pana Health and Rehab Center.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Funeral service will be immediately following at 2:00 p.m. at the Boiling Springs Church of God. Burial will be at Boiling Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital or donor’s choice.
Patricia was born on August 22, 1932, the daughter of Ralph E. and Mary Jane (Schultz) Blythe. She graduated from Warrensburg-Latham High School in 1950. She married Robert Lee Wickline, in June of 1952, at the Boiling Springs Church of God. He preceded her in death on February 11, 1993.
She began her working career at S.S. Kresge’s and later worked for many years at A.E. Staley Manufacturing as a payroll coordinator, until her retirement in 1993. She was a member of Boiling Springs Church of God, where she has been very involved from a young age. She served as the Sunday School Secretary and on the Women’s Christian Service Council.
She is survived by two daughters- Kathy Hendricks of Decatur and Vicki (Steve) Wilson of Warrensburg; three grandchildren- Kristin (Adam) Courtney, Robert Lee Blythe Wilson and Max Wilson; and many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter-Judy Wickline, son-in-law- Earl Hendricks and two brothers-Emery Blythe and Richard Lynn Blythe.
Patricia was a very special woman, and her absence will be felt by her family and many others. They will especially miss her strawberry pie and chocolate chip cookies.
