Patricia Ann (Davis) Ballard, 65, of Decatur, IL, died Thursday, December 13, 2012. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, are assisting the family with arrangements. Patricia was born March 29, 1947 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Roy E., Sr. and Anna Mae (Tucker) Davis. She married Charles Raymond Ballard on January 9, 1995 in Decatur, IL. Patricia graduated from Lakeview H.S. in 1964 and worked for Serv Pro for 20 years. She is survived by her husband Raymond of Decatur, IL; daughter Chris (Douglas) Sparks-Rigsby of Fairmount, IL; step children Rob (Tiffany) Ballard, Keith (Missy) Ballard, Kim (Tommy) Rodgers, Crystal (Daryl) Jackson, all of Decatur, IL; 1 grandson; 14 step grandchildren; 1 step great grandson; brother Roy E. (Peg) Davis, Jr. of Oreana, IL; sisters Shirley (Andy) Andregg of Arkansas and Jackie (Larry) Weltmer of Mt. Zion, IL; 7 nieces; 2 nephews She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and four brothers. "
