Funeral services will be noon Friday, July 11, 2008, at Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Decatur, IL.Memorials may be made to Peoples Church of God.Norma was born September 22, 1920, in Monticello, IL, the daughter of Benjamin O. and Harriette (Askew) Williams. She married Clifford Hall on May 13, 1951, in Decatur, IL. He preceded her in death on November 19, 2004.Norma was a member of Peoples Church of God. She was a licensed beautician and worked at Eisners for 40 years. Norma loved to crochet.She is survived by her son Alan Atteberry and wife Kay of Champaign, IL; granddaughter Darcy and great grandchildren Chance & Bailee; special nieces Lorraine Seitz and Sally Morehouse; special grand niece Sarah Morehouse; and a host of other nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clifford of 53 years, brothers Ornan, Luther, Benjamin, and Earl, sisters Lucy Fellwok, Bernice Willis, Robbie Peterson, Mary Blanchard, Ruth Ann Williams, Pearl Pryczynski and Peggy Gillmar.
