CUSTOM DEATH NOTICE Noel Allen Flannigan, 68, of Decatur, IL, passed away at 1:34 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2010 at St. Johns Hospital, Springfield, IL. Cremations rites to be accorded. There will be no services. Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, is assisting the family with the arrangements.Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society.Noel was born on December 25, 1941, in Sullivan, IL, the son of Charles W. and Lillian (Hughes) Flannigan.Surviving are his siblings Raymond (Marilyn) Flannigan of Decatur, IL, Charlene Ely of Amarillo, TX, Blanche (Roger) Davis of Decatur, IL, and Charles (Harriet) Flannigan, Jr. of FL; and dear friend Mike Lowe of Decatur, IL.Noel was preceded in death by his parents and six siblings, Eloise Standerfer, Wilma Logan, Laura Pruitt, Georgia Gharrett, Bill Flannigan and Henry Flannigan.A special thanks to all the folks in the C.C.U. unit at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield, IL, and friends at Diamonds restaurant in Decatur.Condolences may be left to the family at www.brintlingerandearl.com "
