Nancy Skelton

Nancy Lynn Skelton, 74, of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Sullivan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Graveside Memorial Service will be 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 25 at Union Cemetery, Oreana. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the charity of your choice. Nancy was born July 6, 1944 in Decatur, IL the daughter of Lonnie and Rolina (Ragsdale) Toberman. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her friends and going out to dinner. She is survived by her son Richard L. Wilber of Cape Coral, FL; granddaughters Torey A. Wilber of Cape Coral, FL and Haylee L. (Wilber) Kupfer and husband Mason of Fort Myers, FL; Niece Tammi (Albert) McCasland of Arizona and nephews Tracy Albert and Ricky Albert; and several cousins. Nancy was preceded in death by both parents and sister Jane (Toberman) Albert.
