On March 26, 2012, another angel, Nancy E. Phillips, was called home to be with the love of her life of 35 years, Rodney L. Phillips, and our heavenly father. Visitation will be 3 to 5 P.M., Saturday, March 31, 2012, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Decatur Memorial Hospital Heart Center. Nancy was born April 4, 1956 at 11:38 p.m., and was raised in Decatur, IL. She was the daughter of Myrle E. Riley and Elinore R. Miller. Nancy worked hard all her life to help provide for her family and anyone she could help, she was so kind hearted. She worked at the White Hen Pantry for ten years and made such a great repore with all her customers. Nancy and Rodney were married in 1979; they were married 31 years before the Lord opened his gates for Rodney to enter. Nancy then enjoyed her daughters Jennifer and Debra, her sons Rodney and Reggy. Her grandchildren were her life, Chandler, McKinzey, Xander, Alexis, Noah, Jordan, Cynthia, Jeff, and Breanna, they all made her smile. She leaves behind her loving children, Jennifer Phillips (Dominique), Rodney Phillips (Denise), Reggy Phillips (Mary), and Debra Fagin. She also leaves behind her great brother and sister, Debbie Nicholls, and Danny Riley (Mary Ann); also several nephews and nieces and one great grandchild Faith Eileen. Nancy enjoyed nascar racing so much and would just sit in her recliner chair and watch the races over and over; she loved to go fishing and spending time with her family was her biggest thing. She was most definitely an angel and God was ready for her to come home. She will leave behind great friends Carl Chandler, Dee Franz, Shirley Sinclair, and several others. "
