Nancy Epperson

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Boiling Springs Cemetery. Memorials: Macon County Conservation District.Nancy was born November 28, 1954, in Pekin, IL, the daughter of Robert L. And Audrey L. (Pschirrer) Maurice. On December 1, 2001 in Decatur, IL, she married Michael Epperson.Nancy worked for Enloe Pharmaceutical, and previously worked for Borden Chemicals and PPG Industries. She loved her grandchildren dearly and also enjoyed gardening, genealogy and snowmen. She was a MacArthur High School graduate and earned two degrees from Richland Community College. She belonged to the Decatur Genealogy Society, and attended Christ United Methodist Church.Nancy is survived by her husband, Michael; mother, Audrey L. Maurice of Decatur, IL; three children Jenny (Ward) Garver and husband Trey of Decatur, IL, Jason Ward and wife Cassie of Augusta, GA, Jessica (Wilson) Davis and husband Sam of Decatur, IL; two step-children Josh Epperson and wife Becky of Springfield, IL, Chrisinda Lyons of Springfield, IL; grandchildren Jacob and Evelyn Garver of Decatur, IL, Madelyn and Rhett Ward of Augusta, GA; and step grandchildren Ethan Epperson of Springfield, IL and Jeffery and Celsey Lyons of Salisbury, IL.Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Robert L.
