Nancy Burns

Nancy Jane Burns, 80, of Macon, died Thursday, May 14, 2015, at her home. Funeral services will be noon Monday, May 18, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in Macon Cemetery, Macon, IL. Nancy was born August 26, 1934, in Wabash, Indiana, the daughter of Glen and Elizabeth (Foust) Kinney. She married Richard L. Burns November 3, 1980, in Decatur. He preceded her in death February 14, 2004. Nancy is survived by her children: Sandra (David) Lowe of Decatur, Deborah (Norman) Burrow of Decatur, Tammy Sims of Oklahoma, Patricia (Jim) Gwin of Oklahoma, Michael Sims of Decatur, and Mark (Barbra) Sims of Ohio; 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband and best friend, Richard, daughters Angela Sims and Teresa Haffner, and son Mitchell Sims. "
