Nadine Workman, 90, of Decatur, IL, died 3:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2013, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, October 17, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Mt. Zion, IL. Nadine was born June 17, 1923 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Roy and Sadie (Garvin) McKinney. She married James P. Workman in 1945 in Decatur, IL. Nadine was a homemaker. She enjoyed Bingo and Wii Bowling at Imboden Gardens. She loved knitting and was a big University of Illinois Basketball fan. She is survived by her children J.R. Workman and wife Nancy of Dixon, IL, Dave Workman of Decatur, IL, Marsha Donnel and husband Larry of Decatur, Steve Workman and wife Molly of Decatur, Mark Workman and wife Cathy of Decatur, Todd Workman and wife Carol of Land O'Lakes, FL; 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren; and sister Nancy Harry of Decatur. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James, and one sister Dorothy Sage. The family wants to give special thanks to the staff of Imboden Creek Nursing Home and the staff at The Gardens for the care and kindness shown to her. Special thanks to Dr. William B.
