Mildred I. (Easton) Zinn, 93, of Forsyth, IL, died 4:55 A.M., Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Hickory Point Christian Village. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, with visitation 4 to 7 P.M., Friday, March 1, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorials may be made to Second Church of God or Safe Haven Hospice, 628 ½ Broadway, Lincoln, IL 62656. Mildred was born November 28, 1919, in Greenup, IL, the daughter of Charles and Oda (Barbee) Easton. She married Rev. Dewey Zinn on April 21, 1937 in Vandalia, IL. He preceded her in death on April 29, 1995. Mildred and her husband pastored Boiling Springs Church of God for forty years and she is currently a member of Second Church of God. She is survived by her children Marvin (Kay) Zinn of Kingston, TN, Richard Zinn, Sandra (Larry) Constant, Ronald (Mary) Zinn, Dennis (Linda) Zinn, all of Decatur, IL, Andrea (Joe) Williams of Oakley, IL, Candace (Gene) Stinnett of St. Charles, MO; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson. She was preceded in death by parents, husband, three sisters and six brothers. The family would like to thank the staff of Hickory Point Christian Village, and Dawn, Tracy and Beth of Safe Haven Hospice for their loving care. "
