Michael Roark

Michael Joe Roark, 58, of Decatur, died Thursday, September 13, 2012, at St. Mary's Hospital. Memorial services will held on Saturday (September 22, 2012) at 1:00 P.M. at Salem Baptist Church, Decatur, IL.. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Michael was born January 2, 1954, in Danville, the son of John and Helen (Pollis) Roark. He married Debbie Leddy on September 4, 2012, at St. Mary's Hospital. Michael worked as a supervisor at the Oasis Day Center for eight years, and previously worked at ADM.. He was baptized at Salem Baptist Church, and he enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and his grandkids. Michael is survived by his wife Debbie Leddy of Decatur; son Jeffrey Roark of Decatur; son Kevin Roark (Jackie) of Decatur; son Robert Roark of Decatur; daughter Michelle of Washington, D.C.; daughter Megan Scribner (John) of Illiopolis; son Brian Willenborg of Argenta; four sisters, two brothers, and twenty two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. "
