Michael J. Landholt, 55, of Decatur, IL, died 10:06 p.m., Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Calvary Cemetery, Decatur, IL, with visitation from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, prior to graveside services. Michael was born April 14, 1958, in Decatur, IL, the son of Herbert S. and Charlotte L. (McKeown) Landholt. He worked for various companies in Decatur, including Firestone Tire Plant and held various auto mechanic jobs. Michael was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is survived by his brother Stephen (Kathy) Landholt of Perryville, MO; nieces and nephews T.J. (Melody) Landholt, Tim (Danielle) Landholt, Stephanie (Chris) Winschel, Stacey (Brent) Versemann; 5 great nephews and 2 great nieces, all of Missouri; and uncle Robert McKeown of Decatur, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents. "
