Michael L. Hays, 55, of Decatur, IL, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at his residence. Burial will be at a later date at Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be handling the arrangements. Michael was born November 3, 1963, in Decatur, IL, the son of James A. and Kathleen A. (Cheatham) Hays. He is survived by his mother Kathleen; brother Jim (Debby) Hays of Mt. Zion, IL. He was preceded in death by his father.
