Melinda “Mindy” Bell, 48, of Decatur, IL, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Decatur, IL. Services will be held at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL, will be assisting the family with arrangements. Mindy was born September 21, 1968 in Taylorville, IL, the daughter of Laverne and Diane (Huffines) Bell. Mindy worked for Taylorville Mental Health as a caregiver. She is survived by her son Bradly E. Morrissey of Taylorville, IL. She was preceded in death by her mother, one brother, and one sister.Mindy was loved by all and will be missed by everyone at Willow Heights. "
