Matthew Page

Matthew Lon Page, 61, of Decatur, passed away in his home due to complications from cirrhosis on July 18, 2021. A Celebration of Life service will be held 1:00 - 5:00 PM, Saturday, August 7, at the Harristown Village Hall in Harristown. Private family graveside services will be held at Harristown Cemetery. Matt was born August 7, 1959 in Decatur, the son of Joe and Melene (Streight) Page. He worked as an auto body man, was a muscle car enthusiast and a drummer. He was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his three children, granddaughter, siblings and cousins. He had many friends from all walks of life. Music was just one of his many passions. Matt was known to fix and tinker with about anything. He was loved by so many and will be missed by everyone he impacted in his life. He is survived by his children: Melissa Page-Kearns (Joshua), Chance Page (Amber Powell), and Kyler Page (Julie); his granddaughter, Kylie Page; his siblings: Mark Page, Jolene Jones, Scott Page, Kris Duncan and Kelly Doyle. Matt was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Melene Page.
