at Iroquois Resident Home in Watseka. She was born March 26, 1917, near Sullivan, ILto Thomas Artie and Janie M (Pasco) Graven. She married Leland H. Roney, onAug. 29, 1936, and he died in l976. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior atBrintlinger & Earl Funeral Home in Decatur, IL. Mary worked for A & P Grocery in Decatur for many years, volunteered with DMHAuxiliary, and was a member of Morningside Chapel Church of Christ. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann (Robert) Leitz of Milford, IL; a son,L. Kent (Mary K.) Roney of Rockord, IL; daughter-in-law, Susie (Jim) Peck of Decatur;two sisters, Joyce Shasteen and Jean Landers of Sullivan, IL; sister-in-law, Betty Lou Graven of Springfield, OH; nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, Tom Roney,son-in-law, Bob Sloan, two brothers and two sisters. Memorials may be made to Morningside Chapel or the donor's choice. "
