Mary Rose Porter, 66, of Springfield, IL, passed away at 7:45 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2013, in her home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home, Decatur. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown, IL. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Mary was born September 2, 1946, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Voris C. and Nellie (Tunstall) Cearlock. She married Bradley M. Porter on July 3, 1981, in Rantoul, IL. Mary loved her dog Trixie, enjoyed painting and travel, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband Bradley of Springfield, IL; daughter: Tammy Gray and husband Gary of Springfield, IL; grandson: Raymon Gray of Springfield, IL sisters: Maureen Kaufman and husband Larry of Argenta, IL; Jewell Young and husband Mike of Decatur, IL: and mother-in-law: Helen Porter of Taylorville, IL. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and sister Joyce Jean. "
