Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 P.M. Saturday (03-06-2010) at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Decatur, IL, with visitation one hour prior to the service time at the church. Burial will be at St. Patricks Cemetery, Wapella, IL. Memorials may be made to: Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church or St. Judes Childrens Hospital. Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home, Decatur, IL will be handling the arrangements.Mary was born March 12, 1919, in Herrick, IL, the daughter of Joseph Dickerson and Leona (Lawrence) Burrus. She married Leo W. OBrien on February 24, 1962 in Decatur, IL. He preceded her in death on August 14, 1996.Mary was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Decatur, IL. She and her husband would spend 3 months in Hawaii each year and she always looked forward to that time. Mary managed several dry cleaning facilities in Decatur and surrounding areas for Normans Cleaners. Mary was also a member of the Elks Club.She is survived by her sister Lois Corley of Pana, IL; brother Joseph Edward Burrus and wife Sallie of Herrick, IL; nephews Merrill Corley and wife Barbara of Springfield, IL, Jerry Corley and wife Joyce of Herrick, IL, Michael Killan of Clinton, IL; nieces Gloria Kramer of Decatur, IL, Linda Martin and husband Gary of Clinton, IL; special great niece Tammy Stone and husband Steve of Stonington, IL; 3 great nephews and 5 great nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant daughter Janet, brother Lawrence, sister Lorraine and one great nephew. "
