Mary Enloe

Mary Lou Enloe, 86, of Decatur, died Friday, November 11, 2011, at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral mass will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 14, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Visitation will be 5-8 P.M. Sunday, November 13, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church. Mrs. Enloe was born July 28, 1925, in Illiopolis, Illinois, the daughter of Charles L. and Grace (Dunn) Hagen. She married Robert W. Enloe February 15, 1958, in Decatur. Mrs. Enloe had worked as a teller at Millikin Bank. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and Alpha Chi Beta sorority. She is survived by her children: Laura Enloe Karlins and husband Russell of Naperville, IL, Mark Enloe and wife Barb of Knoxville, TN, and Scott C. Enloe of Decatur; grandchildren: Matt Karlins of Naperville, IL, Emily Enloe of Columbia, SC, Nick Enloe of Schaumburg, IL, and Anna Enloe of Johnson City, TN. Mrs. Enloe was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert Hagen. The family would like to give special thanks to SIU Family Medicine Physicians Dr. Cesar Arguelles, Dr. Charles Ellington, Dr. Harvinder Dhillon, Dr. Amit Shah, Dr. Ratika Sood, and the ICU staff at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
